The Insidious and Racist Nature of Weapon Control

Mention your new
balisong
or “auto” knife amongst polite
society today and you’ll get a few raised eyebrows. Indeed, many today work in
“weapon free” environments, ruled by metrosexual policy wonks sensitive to the
slightest whine from a bleating, bloated co- worker. We have been taught to

recoil instantly and to glance over our shoulders if anyone is looking at our new,
“evil” toys. Yet we give not a second thought to whipping out the latest thumb hole- or stud-assisted folders filled with death punch pommels, line cutters, serrations, and
gut hooks – as long as they don’t fall under those categories of blades
supposedly used by dirty foreigners or inner city thugs.

The laws of yesterday have survived in the most nonsensical fashion while
technology has advanced beyond the “normal” folding knife. Ironically, the mobs
of sweating leftists otherwise known as “lawmakers” – who haven’t seen the
light of reason for years – embrace the very tenets they supposedly protested
against in the formative years of their disgusting socialist lives.

The same laws that outlawed the flip flip flip of a Balisiong or the quick
snick of a switchblade didn’t apply to all of us. The release of the slaves
and the completion of the rails to the West coast left American whites
staring at their non-European brethren in wonder. Suddenly these brown and
yellow people had nothing to fear. The solution, of course, was early gun
control. Blacks in the newly “equal” South suddenly found themselves able to
defend private property – until the KKK had had enough of being shot from their
horses during nightly raids (the nerve!) and went to the appropriate Southern
Democrats to have the troublesome black folk disarmed. (Ever wonder why
concealed carry permits were issued?) Because the knife soon replaced the gun, those
pesky switchblades and overly long knives got limited as well.

The result? More crime in those areas with the law abiding folk disarmed. Look
at Washington, D.C., for a prime example. Want to carry an inexpensive gun in
the inner city for self defense? Absolutely not! “Nigger-town” Saturday Night
Specials are too dangerous! Pass a law to safe them! Never mind the fact that
they protected the owners who wanted to abide by the law – we’ll just disarm
them for their own good. The cheap handgun was a basic right for early city
dwellers and the name was a colorful example of the racism that is our early
heritage. Funny how the supposed “civil rights” leaders of today scream about
the same gun control, apparently forgetting it was a form of race control in
the first place.

Disarmament has often resulted from the outcry for public safety, often
targeting specific groups. The Jim Crow experience of the black community
still has repercussions to this day. Has it helped at all, or has it just shown
us who
the racists really are and were? I’m always amused at the Schumers, Boxers, Bradys,
and Feinsteins who rend their garments and gnash their teeth against the evil
guns they detest  – while they themselves have CCW permits, bodyguards,
privately owned firearms.) When they decry the cheap handgun, do they realize they are
subjugating they people they supposedly want to help in the same way as did their
Democrat segregationist predecessors? Does the newly elected California
socialist monstrosity Schwarzenegger see the irony in his support for weapon
bans after a film career drenched in bullet sprayed, sword slashed mayhem?

Even more ironic is the “need” for law enforcement personnel to own butterfly knives
and automatic blades while no one else may. In my view, that is a real danger
to the public – if blade safety among police is in any way comparative to the
national accuracy rate in gunfights (6% for police vs 95 % in civilian
shootings). Once again, it’s a case of mommy knows better on a State and
Federal level.  We forget our history and fail to understand the unintended consequences of the
laws we are enforcing.

The outcome of weapon control results from a logical and
predictable arms race in a society or on the global level. Those with guns
and knives are respected by those who don’t have them. Those who don’t have
them are treated like sheep by those who do. Those who think they can control
both groups are even more deluded and guilty of crimes beyond measure.
The majority of knife laws in the U.S. are steeped in racism and subjugation.
This is ironic in this age of acute PC attitudes regarding every other bit of cultural
and sexual minutiae.

I can’t carry a 5″ fixed blade under my arm in Seattle, but my 10mm Glock is
fine. You can’t carry the newest butterfly knife or switchblade simply because
racist law makers feared and wanted to control Asians, blacks, and hispanics.
Remember that the next time you whip out your new thumb-hole-opener in the
blink of an eye.

Fear the stupidity of your government
representatives while blessing their ignorance.
